The real problem is that by turn 3 when you would normaly be able to play this guy, there is very little chance that you will have seven cards in your hand. Has some potential in a blue deck I suppose.

Im gonna try it in a Necropotence / Yawgmoth's Bargain deck. This way I will continously have 7 cards in hand, and then this will be a cheap damage dealer.

Hehe, That somehow reminds me of a Bunny Mask. Really funny. But, below average card, as said before, at turn 3 when you can play this, there is very little chance that you will have seven cards in your hand. But, even in Black/blue draw deck i wouldn't use this.

Potentially a 4/3 with fear for 3. At common. In a wonky block.
What's with the poor score, guys? This is an actually decent card from Kamigawa, cut it some slack.

At turn 3, when will you ever have 7 cards in your hand? There are so many better alternatives out there than this... if you want a powerful creature on turn 3, try Phyrexian Negator.

Could work with library of alexandria, but you wouldn't want to tarnish it by playing this card in the same deck
