This card is very good. Great in an EDH or 100 singleton game.

The Onslaught one might be higher because people like the looks of it better. I like the old look and the fact that it's black border, but I normally don't rate based on that kind of thing, only on the cards usefulness.

@Duskdale_Wurm: Actually, that wouldn't be too bad. It would be cheaper than this. Think of it as land destruction and mana acceleration. Taking over someone's lands, regardless what it is, can really mess up their game.
Of course, this is quite a bit better for obvious reasons.

I want to cast this on someone's Homeward Path just for the lulz. Also, this card isn't all that terrible. You're pretty much "destroying" an opponent's land while getting a land yourself - think of it as an odd blue mix between Stone Rain and Rampant Growth.
