Love the art. The card's pretty good, although with most land destruction you'd want it as early as possible, whereas the earliest this is going to act as even a stone rain by is turn six, so I'm not really sure if there's a need for the niche this card fills, but if you want it, it does late game land destruction fairly well.

It does have an advantage in that it uses counters, so effects such as proliferate and gilder bairn will be usable.
Can sometimes be a great 'don't screw with me' card in EDH, if you're running a slightly politically oriented deck and happen to be in red. If nobody has enchantment removal in hand when it comes down (or soon after), it can really turn into a card that just says: "don't attack me or kill my stuff, or I'll eat half your land"... though its terribly slow speed, and the fact that it's a really awful topdeck both mean that it is only decent at best, even in the decks that want to run things like that.

Wish this didn't need mana for its sac ability.
