One of my favorite goblins.
I had a Planechase playset I used to run in a tribal deck, just so I'd fare a little better in mirror matches. Difficult to casually burn, he won't fold to anything weaker than Lightning Bolt, which wasn't in standard at the time.

Leyline of Vitality makes this guy pretty much immune to all first turn removal that isn't Dismember, Path to Exile, or Swords to Plowshares.
