Actually, if you are attacking with it, it's more like a 4/4 with haste (as long the land has been there since upkeep) for . Which, for , is on par. People tend to over look the fact you tap the land these Auras (and the Zendikar ones) are enchanting when attacking, costing you more in the process.
You are also risking a land, but this cycle is a bit more resilient to the ZEN ones as the 1) aren't always a creature, so many field sweepers won't bother them and 2) bounce the aura, not the land, so the 'creature' doesn't die and can be played again.
