You only have to stand during your declare attack step. After that he is already attacking and untapped so vigilance is unnecessary.

Act like you are in Yu-Gi-Oh and stand up and scream "STANDING ARMY USE UNTAPPIFIENG ATTACK" at the top of your lungs, pointing at who you are attacking. Sit back down calmly like nothing happened. Bonus points for doing it in a public place.
