This guy has never gotten its love as a win condition.
In a deck without other creatures his drawback is no prob.
Too bad no trample, though....

This dude eats counter decks for lunch. Just how blue was meant to be played.

Torpor orb.

I like it.
Interesting flavour.
"I cometh from the deep. The tides flow from my titanic form, all shall be washed away in the ensuing flood. FEAR ME!"

Blue 11/11.
Nice.
Of course as jstarfiret says, no trample.
Easily solved with a loxodon warhammer!

Hmm, you know I think it'd be neat to see that kind of mechanic on a convoke type creature. Perhaps returning all your tapped creatures to your hand, after you tap them to help pay it's super-big cost.

Christ, the original art makes this thing look BIG.

Wonder if it has applications in one of those 'If you control one creature' decks that Avacyn Restored was trying to push...

"You never move, you never sleep. You're a thought I cannot keep.
You're a Denizen of the Deep. You're an Island."

~From that Meat Puppets CD that is really really bad at first but grows on you given time

I like this card, a big, {U}, fish ready to go in alone and eat the enemy!
