Being able to make himself a flying fatty is cool. Also he isn't going to die instantly being a 3/5
Overall I'd say he is a nice card for Blue.

@allmighty_abacus: I think you might be mistaking the water flowing from the whale's skin to be armor. Look closely though, and you'll see the lines to be water.

IMO the art is pretty nice....although I don't know why the killer whale would bother to go after a dragonfly...

That's not a dragonfly: It's a Thopter, lol. I thought the same thing at first until I really focused in on the art.
