This card actually looks pretty strong, to me.
Making all your creatures unblockable for a turn for only 1R seems like a good deal to me.

I don't see how being an instant truly helps this card. You won't cast it on your opponent's turn, and in most cases you can cast this during your precombat main phase without any difficulty whatsoever. 3/5
