I read about that Caste System. It's not complex. Basically you go up each year and when you get to the top, the next year you go down.
Maybe that's the joke about Banding and how confusing it can seem. I dunno. Regardless, you want her for banding, and Elite Vanguard for offence. Totally different cards.
