Of course! Didn't you know that Magic: the Gathering takes place in ancient Eurasia? Africa is missing because this picture is from before the planar overlay.

This is absolute crazynezz as to how much this map looks almost exactly like the world of Final Fantasy II (SNES version). :P

This card lends itself to a lot of strategies very well but I don't think any of them are all that red. A Jund-colored deathtouch/infect deck maybe.

Also, it's kind of hilarious how uncreative the Magic creative team is. Every map of Dominaria is AlmostButNotQuiteEarth. In fact, considering how many settings it contains and how few Merfolk there used to be compared to everything else it should probably be 80% land. Maybe those continents are the oceans.
