I prefer Aura of Silence.

Terashi's Grasp is better in most ways. For an additional colorless mana, you get the option of destroying an artifact instead of an enchantment, and it's Arcane for splicing fun. Drawbacks are the increased mana cost and the fact that this one is Instant.
