Not a fan, 5 Mana for a 3/3 with a moderately useful comes in to play effect

For 5 mana, Wizards should have given Telepathy to Wanderguard Sentry.

Of course, this creature is roughly on the curve for blue.

when i built my first mtg deck, this guy was like my most solid creature. It's one of thos nostgtic cards for me. I love playing "support" in team games by spying on opponents. Yea, those were good days, where everyone have only 5 bucks to spare on cards.
