2.5/5. A pretty solid licid that lets you always have at least 1 creature with haste open. Sure its not as good or durable as Lightning Greaves, but that fact its an obscure tribe like Licid gives it that extra .5 points for me. The licids are a really fascinating race, although confusing in terms of mechanics.

The oracle text makes it an enchantment with no effect. It doesn't give enchanted creature haste.
Nevermind. It's just in the box, even in creature form.
