Build in Goblin War Drums is a great effect. This card can really pull its weight quite well against an assortment of annoying strategies in the tempest block (such as the Avenging Angel infi-chump-block). It would be better if it had a little more toughness though...even if it had 3 power and 5 toughness...

It's the opposite of war drums, but we get the gist.

But if you combine the rhino with Goblin War Drums, you have an unblockable 4/4. The two abilities "cover" each other, like the old Invisible Juggernaut.
