I always liked the idea of licids. A shame Wizards decided not to keep it.

Yeah, not sure why this is blue. I guess it was sort of part of blue's color pie, then. Now, it would probably be either black or red.

Seems like a really fun card. Would be great if they printed a blue one which says "Enchanted creature does not untap during its controllers untap step."
