Is it just me or is this kinda terrible? Still, I'm considering a blue mana ramp deck. And if I don't need mana, I'll hard cast him.

Now you can run Rampant Growth in mono blue. You were only really going to look for another island, so no functionality is lost. And it can't be countered. I can't see actually casting it though.

Definitely the weakest of the common landcyclers from Scourge, but that's intentional to offset the fact that it's land fetch for blue, the green one is much better on the face because the fetch is that much less valuable in green.
