Probably the weakest of the Laces because not a lot of things have Pro Green or effect Green permanents. The fact it's a Rare prevents me from ever opening a Beta booster.

wrong. pro blue is the rarest. but how was this cycle rare and the original duals weren't?

Another good reason to not waste a bunch of money on something like a beta booster is that a lot of Ante cards are rare, and it is also likely about half basic land cards. Booster packs used to suck.
Also, I don't know what it was like in 2009, ultratog, but problue is much more common these days.
