One of two French Vanilla goblins with haste (that is if you consider French Vanilla can only have one special ability, i.e. Haste, First Strike doesn't count as French Vanilla, it would be Hazelnut French Vanilla). The other is Raging Goblin. That's not so say that haste is a rare ability among goblins, there are thirty goblins that either have haste or can bestow it. Personally I prefer the art on the Starter 1999 edition of this card.
