Often this won't be very usefull, blue isn't really known for its heavy hiters.

I am astonished that Eighth Edition used five of its white uncommons on a full Circle of Protection cycle. White's best uncommon creature was freaking Angel of Mercy. How did WotC expect white to win a Limited game, decking the opponent?
