They have emrakul on the field, you swing with your pumped kiln fiend and this goblin, forcing emrakul to block the goblin, while your kiln fiend goes for the kill, this definitely has its uses.

this is a great card early,mid or late game.
this guy gives your Goblin Lackey,Warren Instigator,Goblin Piledriver and other lethal/important goblins you control to have a high chance to hit you opponent and the best part of all this guy only cost 1 mana with a trigger ability.
probably one of the best 1 drop common goblin there is.
