Phasing was always such an odd mechanic...i especially find it funny how the oracle describe it. Right up there with the banding mechanic...well it um--y'know it does this which is beneficial when...uhhhmm.

This card is generally less useful than Teferi's Drake, and that's not exactly a winner itself. Still, it looks very cool.

It amuses me that Phasing wasn't costed like the drawback it was. You're basically getting half the creature you should be getting! A 2/4 for 2U that's only there half the time just isn't worth the space in a deck.
