goes well with spined or sidewinder (or both)

This effect is cool with goblins but with slivers? You pretty much just get to choose what you opponent blocks. A good way to get you opponent's creatures to block a beefed up sliver and die or block a smaller one and take a lot more damage from the rest.

Yay for a Kev Walker sliver.

Provoke alows you to chose only one creature. So you can't provoke bunch of creatures with only one slicer and one instance of Provoke. You could, if you had more hunter slivers in play.

Amongst the scarier sliver breeds.

I loved provoking two creatures with one of mine, with two Hunter Slivers out.

I doubt that you can really provoke more than one creature just because you have multiple Hunter Slivers out, it's not like your creatures are gonna have "provoke, provoke". Most key-words are unique that way, a creature that gets lifelink from two sources isn't going to heal you twice the damage it does for example.

Reading the reminder text, it looks like Provoke is a stackable ability.

702.36B if a source would have two instances of provoke each triggers separately. It's stackable. Now I sound like a rules nerd :-{( sad face.with a stache

Provoke does stack.

All Slivers have better things to do than meander around provoking people.

Static abilities don't stack. Triggered abilities do.

"All Slivers have provoke." That means you only need one hunter sliver for ALL OTHER SLIVERS ON THE BATTLE FIELD to have provoke. If you have a sliver deck with this, then you can attack with a might sliver and it will have provoke. You don't need multiple hunter slivers to provoke multiple creatures. You only need multiple slivers and one hunter sliver.
