Fruitcake Element is not in the gatherer and going by spelling this is the closest card they have so I'll just give it a five instead. Mind you seeing a usable (also unbroken) lifegain card at one mana is worth a rating of four already.

I may be a surprising thing to say about such a Healing Salve-esque card, but this card has won the game for me a surprising number of times. Sometimes, all my green deck needs is a little life boost so that it can stick around another turn to deal the death blow. I'm rarely disappointed when I draw this card. I probably wouldn't put more than one in my deck though. It's the kind of spell you only want to play once, and not until pretty late in the game when you've got a significant amount of forests.

Not bad, considering the cost. If you play green, you may want one or two of these in your deck, if you run only forests. otherwise, don't bother.
But still, this is one of the FEW good lifegain cards. 4.1/5

I wish they'd reprint this.

If it was just you and target opponent, it would still be OK. One for every forest is ballin.

A good lifegain card, indeed. Definitely should be reprinted.
