The rulings are WRONG!!
If you equip it with magebane armor its loses flying, but then you play spidersilk armor it now how reach and can STILL BLOCK, without needing that pesky flying ability. It'll get you killed by hurricane / windstorm anyways.

If for some odd reason I wanted to play a card that can only block flying creatures I would much rather play Cloud Elemental.

The ruling isn't wrong as no ruling talks what card can do if you enchant it more. But why has this got the ruling when Cloud Dragon and Cloud Pirates don't have.
