Trades the instant speed of Jump for a card pull... quite good, really, especially for 1CC. Probably best used in a multi-colored deck where some really tough creatures can take full advantage of flight. Or, use it on your Water Elemental.
I've been enjoying this with Precursor Golem for an army of flying golems and a flood of cards. In this situation it beats Leap easily: becloaked, feathery golems are better than bounding golems any day.
