This is hilarious. Ironclaw's and Orcs were some of the worst creatures ever, so they print an enchantment based on their crapitude, the enchantment is crappy.
But not horrible. Red having the ability to give something -1 to toughness is off-color. It it was a Planar Chaos instant that said "{R}- Target creature gets -0/-1 and can't block this turn" it wouldn't be so bad, would it?
So crappy, but not horrible.

@BegleOne: The -1 toughness isn't off-color; red's had flowstone since Legends. If you think about it, it's really it's the -1 power that's off-color.
