I remember seeing this card in 5th Ed and chuckling at the flavour text. Now it seems like the flavour text for this is much more goblinlike (in Magic lore terms) than it is dwarvish.
It's especially funny if you compare it to the much more melancholy flavour texts of the Fallen Empires versions (here, here and especially here). For other examples of dwarfsong, see Demolish (Odyssey-style), Dwarven Driller, and Subterranean Spirit. Also, see Dwarven Song for a visual image of dwarven composers!

MARCH ON BY, SON. JUST MARCH ON BY.
YOU DON'T WANT NONE OF THIS.
JUST MARCH ON BY.

Guys don't underestimate the dwarves! They are prepared when the orcs come! Who are you gonna call when the orcs come? Firespout you say? Hmm, I guess that could work too.

If he hates Orcs so much, shouldn't he be shown blocking one of them instead of a dragon?
Furthermore, shouldn't he be 'marching on by' said dragon, and not attacking it??
This card's flavour clearly doesn't want to be understood.

"Dammit Bran, we've talked about this. If its not an orc, just walk past it. Its in the song, for crying out loud! If I catch you fighting one more small dragon, its a court martial for you!"

@ Stray Dog: he is just trying to walk over the dragon...
