theres better discard spells out there. the only thing this card has going for it is that its a cantrip and the artwork. but yea what better card to be a cantrip than a discard spell? you lose a card. i gain a card.
i'm thinking about running this now just because i like the idea of drawing a card for the one discard. however, it would be better if it was "BB - target opponent discards a card at random. draw a card." now THAT would be some good stuff.
