I like the art and flavourtext a lot. It all just fits well. I'd maybe put it in a multiplayer deck jsut for that. Sadly, the card itself ain't too good. Since it regenerates that cheaply, a higher power would have been nice.

I agree with majinara; its got wonderful flavor, but the extra 3 toughness is not worth the extra 1 mana above Drudge Skeletons. I mean, who needs toughness if you can regen for {B}? Plus, this guy can't attack if you need him to.
