Admittedly, a bit costly, but I love the flavor of it setting fire to everything thing your opponents control.

Basilisk Collar, one-sided Wrath plus lifegain.

Solid in Limited. That's pretty much the best thing I can say about it. May also have potential in multiplayer/EDH, perhaps.

5 CMC is OK for a 4/3 with a benefit ability, but that Monstrosity cost is incredibly harsh. It's more expensive then an overloaded Mizzium Mortars and does less. Good in limited, where an inefficient Mortars can help win you a game, but this card has no place in a constructed deck.
