I refuse to rate any original card the minimum. These aren't completely useless, but that said, 1/5 for being almost useless, especially this blue version, as if Blue wants to keep mana available to gain life of all things.

Hmm...do I want to be able to play Mana leak, or do I want back 1 life? Well I just can't stand uneven numbers, I hate that I'm at 19! Make that *** a 20!

I think that was mana well spent.
