Regenerating artifacy... Not terrible, but definitely not good. 3/5 since you really don't have much regenerate when you want an artifact deck.

That art is cleverly and skillfully done. The card itself could be a lot worse, too: it's a reusable, threatening blocker that goes in any deck that might need one. Little on the expensive side, unfortunately.

The artwork is great. Much better than the previous version. This illustrates the regenerate ability and is not a dark still life. The card is on curve, a 3/1 for 4 that regenerates for colorless mana is acceptable.
