As epic as Immerstrum is, I don't think we'll ever be able to see it as a set. There's no way they can flavorfully fit blue and white into a plane that's an eternal storm.

Phage requires COMBAT damage, so this card doesn't really do anything special with her, other than the usual four damage you'd get when she came into play.
