If you're building Beast tribal, you want this (besides, it doesn't work elsewhere, changelings notwithstanding...). Reusable removal can be a game-changer.

Even if you're not going full Beast tribal, this thing can still be quite handy if your commander is a beast like Uril, Marath, or Gahiji.

The was a time, now long past, where an effect like this would tap your creature as well. With this, you can take out their last defender and attack in the clear to boot.
