I can't decide if the background is a red sunset or a nuclear explosion... I would hope it would be a nuke, but nukes probably would deal more then 1 damage, I would assume...

The flavor of the card is that the monkey is anticipating the coming storm. It is sheltering the baby to protect it from the dangerous weather. It's pretty cool.
