Love this guy. A Hill Giant on his own, but chucking him on a flier - and blue has 6 of these, with only one of them being rare (multicolor w/ blue has 4, only 1 being rare, and there's also an uncommon flying artifact creature, and a common equipment that grants flying) - and that flier becomes a huge Thieving Magpie.
Effectively +3/+3 on a flier that's connecting is a relatively short clock as it is, but keeping your hand gassed up helps protect that path to victory, and gives you more backup plans should the creature get destroyed.

When Richard Garfield invented Magic during his design sessions 20 years ago, he established the core elements of the game and anticipated that the game would evolve in various ways over time. The game's inclusion of an ENCHANTMENT CRAB, i.e., an enchantment that is a crab, exemplifies its evolution.
Indeed, it is unequivocally true that Thassa's Emissary shall forever be Magic's first ENCHANTMENT CRAB.
The crab has extremely good synergy with Thassa, too; the 3/3 power and toughness, or +3/+3 bonus to another creature if used as an aura, and the card-draw-on-contact ability works very well with Thassa's activated ability to enable a creature to be unblockable.

I want to put him on a Hedron crab so I can mill whilst I draw with my crab on a crab.

The use of this card is extremely unclear. A few questions:
1) Can you cast it as an enchantment straight from your hand for six total manna? Or,
2) Must you first cast as a creature and then after it's on the battle field cast Bestow separately?
3) By "becomes a creature again" after "not attached to creature", does this means that if the creature enchanted by this card dies, this card returns to the battlefield as a 3/3 creature or does this mean it goes to the graveyard as a creature?
Who on earth writes these ridiculously vague instructions?

@vornways:
The use of this card isn't unclear at all once you understand that you get a choice - Aura or creature? And as a bonus for playing it as an aura, it becomes a creature if the enchanted creature dies. It also helps to understand that:
1) There is a normal cost and an alternate cost - you choose one.
2)You can only cast spells from your hand. You can't cast something from the battlefield, that just doesn't work.
3)The card specifically says it becomes a creature, and says nothing about going to the graveyard. Your confusion on this point seems to come from reading words that aren't there.
Creating complex rule sets is difficult. Adding to pre-existing complex rule sets even more so. The mechanic is actually rather simple once you've taken a moment to understand it. Maybe think about that before being so quick to insult the person working in the rules department.

And now, representing her most glorious deity, the Emissary of Thassa!
"Welcome to Meletis, emissary! It is an honour to have you with us."
*crab noises*
"I'm afraid I don't understand... Could you repeat that?"
*crab noises*
"Well, I never! That's a tad rude, don't you think?"
*crab noises*
"My mother was a saint! God or no god, this means war!"
