Very similar to Azorius Arrester, but generally not as good. Tapping a creature down pretty much does the same thing Detain does... but not as good. Detain works for at least one more turn and stops non-tap abilities. The only time when this works better than Detain is if you had Gideon Jura or Royal Assassin.
