An okay effect but the second ability is weaken by the new rules. Like the artwork though.

When you are looking this to save your own creatures, then Angelic Renewal might be better (doesn't give the +1/+3 boost though). But when you read this as:

Sorcery
Return target creature to owners hand.

Then you might think it differently.
