I didn't realize that this is essentially Nantuko Shaman with an extra ability. It seems weird that both would be printed in the same set, but perhaps green card draw is more important than I thought.

Uncommon? Not bad! I guess it doesn't quite fit the 'Massive or Abusable' rule that rares require nowadays, but it's so useful, especially with Elves and their excess mana capacities.
