Sorin's deck is a little eclectic. This is the 'token' side of it

Sorin's deck is actually nice though :) Honestly, Sorin has an ACTUALLY COMPELLING/DEVELOPED background story, so he is a complicated Noble Vampire Lord who is an advocate of Human Rights and a Blood Traitor. o.O He's got possibly the second-best story after Jace! (And Jace's loses a star of rating for overhype. :3)
This is honestly one of the most perfect cards to put in Sorin's Deck, since it makes a Spirit token, meaning you've got TWO tribes represented here: the Humans Sorin cares about, and the Spirits that are easy to mechanically support with his deck. And besides, you know you just want that flying creature anyway. Intangible Virtue is a card I strongly recommend adding to the deck, but would have made it too powerful for Tibalt to beat, lol.

Who would have ever thought that this guy would see massive Constructed play? And yet the Aristocrats love him. Go figure.

Perfect story in a card, so much pathos, feel almost as though it should have been Legendary - but then again is he representing more of an archetype in Innistrad than an individual. (And Legendary restriction would have ruined his playability). But for flavor reasons I only want to see one in a deck... hmm
'He vowed he would never rest until he reached his destination. He DOESN'T know how right he WAS'
This is bugging me, is the grammar wrong here in the flavor text? Surely the 'doesn't' ought to be a 'didn't'?

@Uncumber He doesn't (currently) know how right he was (when he made the vow).

The 'Doesn't' means he currently don't know about it, and the 'was' means that he was right. Which translate into he is now dead, but became a spirit which has no recollection of his original life except that he will not rest until he reaches his destination.

Dang, this card is easily one of the top 1 CMC drops. So flavorful, one of the best chump blockers, all on a 1 cmc common, so its impossible to ask for more.
Sometimes it can be harder than expected to get him to die, since some don't want you getting a flying creature. Jokes on them though, since they'll just let him through for 1 damage anyway.
