A fine discard engine, and cheap too. It's no Wild Mongrel, but its one of the best available to white.

The problem is that white has no need for these sorts of effects since there's only 2 white cards with madness. And if you're going to go outside of white there's far better options. Plus Tireless Tribe is probably better, especially if you have it in a Doran deck.

Very good for abusing your own graveyard. Combine with Wild Mongrel, Lotleth Troll, and others in a Teneb EDH deck and enjoy the ride :)
