Colorless board sweeper that actually allows you to save some of your own goodies? Yes, please! 5/5

It does take a bit of time, and opponent knows what's going on, but it can work in the right decks. It can work very well.

takes a long time to set up
much better running wrath
an opponent could just naturalize it before it can destroy their creatures

Wrath is easier to run, but for green casual and EDH, this can be useful. Especially EDH, where everything takes more time.

Phage, anybody? Out a fate counter on her, take out opponents defenses, and then blam.

This card can kill planeswalkers, Nevinyrral's Disk cannot.
And it can preserve your own planeswalkers :)

Used with colorless mana accelerators and untap artifacts abilities really make this baby worth it. I use it in my BG street cleaner deck.

I can't believe people are giving this card less than 5 simply because the first ability is worthless.
This is an 8 mana colorless Akroma's Vengeance. Its way better than Nevinyrrak's disk since you can activate it on the same turn it comes into play and it can kill planeswalkers.
Wrath of God cost less but thats no Akroma's Vengence and both cards are white. You can slide this card in a deck of any color. Best used in a Land.Dec which can run every turn Oblivion Stone with the help of Academy Ruins.

Agreed with others, I'm kind of shocked people don't understand the power of this card. It can go into literally any deck and you can save your largest threat with it if you want to risk leaving it out for a turn or two. I any teams/casual/Commander game it saves you from any non-indestructible or regenerating threat.
