im surprised this has such a low rating. a 2/2 for 3 is a basic deal, then it comes with an ability too. the ability has a 1 mana cost that doesnt require tapping and it counters any spell targeting your creatures. so at a basic 3 cmc you get a 2/2 with a 1 cost instant speed sacrifce that saves the creature that you dont want dead, or possibly creatures. sounds good to me.
