Crocodile tribal deck must be made.

Phasing is a small price to pay for a 6/5 for 5cmc in blue.

Should have cost less, but it's not terrible as is.

EDIT: The reason for that, is it's not actually as big as it seems in practice. In practice, it usually gets to attack only every other turn, so it's really a seven turn clock instead of four. Therefore, it should have cost at most , I think, so that you could have played it a turn earlier.

Its a 6/5 with an ability for 5 in BLUE at COMMON. This is sick, blues not supposed to get this much beef.

Edit: Phasing is not a drawback, board sweep when its phased out.
