Good in any white weenie deck, really. I like that it isn't strongly tribal in any real sense (though obviously rebel decks like it since they can fetch it). I have it in a soldier weenie/tribal deck.
I'm using her as a general in a Kor-themed EDH deck (mostly because she's the closest thing there is currently to a Kor-esque Legendary creature). Anyway, she's great! Low casting cost, pumps up everyone else, and with the addition of a Whispersilk Cloak, becomes virtually unstoppable.
