Not the best card ever, of course, but what other cards in U can you tap for colored mana (albeit with the drawback of maybe enabling your opponent to do something back to you)? Dependent on your opponent's colors, too. But an interesting Llanowar Elves variant/experiment in blue.

Is it just me or is that artwork overly revealing?
