Wait for your opponent to cast a removal spell on another creature, then sac this in response. This goes to the 'yard, the other creature goes on top of it, and then you can return this! Yay!

Yes, this works very well with Compulsion but even for that there are better cards, such as Squee, Goblin Nabob.
