Honestly even by todays standards I think this card is pretty good in the right format, {2}{B} is the cost for the first ability and so you have to expect to pay more to have another option, it would be quite good if it had entwine for {B} but it would probably be {1}{B}

Back in the day, a 2/2 would have cost 2B and not have had flash. Even without the option of using it as a terror instead.

With powercreep its outdated.

2/2 flash for 2 should cost 2.
Terror costs 2 of course.
This card should cost 3, its okay as a limit filler but poor for constructed.
