I like Fictionarious' idea. As impractical as it is, I think a centaur flinging himself at a drake and smashing the thing with a giant axe or hammer would be quite appealing.
But yeah. Flavor's way off. so 2.0/5 for that reason.

Clearly he uses tiny pieces of his soul to guide the arrows and propel them further upward (it's hard shooting at a target that high above you). If he is willing to use his entire soul he can guarantee the arrow will prove fatal.
